Pine Orchard Wedding | CT Wedding Photography

We are very excited to share Emilie & Matt’s beautiful Pine Orchard Country Club wedding to kick off our Summer season. Although a cloudy day in June, the rain held out for us (until the reception) and we were able to capture a ton of gorgeous photos, which once again I had an impossible time narrowing down for this blog post. I know many people hope for a bright and sunny day for their wedding, but clouds actually make the picture taking a lot easier for us!

Emilie and her bridesmaids got ready at her parents house with makeup/hair by MBD Beauty before she stepped into her Augusta Jones Gown from White Dress by the Shore, lace Manolo Blahnik’s and insanely gorgeous Van Cleef earrings. Matt and his groomsmen got ready at the Madison Beach Hotel before heading over to St Mary’s church for their ceremony. After the ceremony we crossed the street for pictures at the Blackstone Library, which we LOVE, before heading to Pine Orchard Country Club for cocktail hour and reception. The room was decorated beautifully with flowers by Cynthia’s Flower Shop.

Once again, this couple, along with their friends and family were amazing to work with and the reception was a blast. Our dinner was extra delicious (tenderloin and lobster tail, yum) and the Clark Eno Orchestra packed the dance floor. I think my favorite part of the night was when Matt’s dad took over on the drum set for a few songs…he was really good! You don’t see that very often. Congrats Emilie and Matt, we hope you enjoy your wedding gallery. Here are just a few of our favorites!
