We waited to so long for our first wedding at Saltwater Farm Vineyard, and this was also the first time we had been there. I think it was love at first sight for us! It was such a scattered weather day in August…sun, rain showers, sun again, clouds, you name it. I think my five weather apps were all confused. The good news was that the showers stopped just in time for us to start Melissa & Ian’s first look. We just had to wipe a little trail of puddles.
I think what stood out the most to us from this wedding was the beautiful ceremony led by Rev. Victoria Burdick. Her energy and every word she said during the ceremony about the couple and their journey up until this day was beyond amazing. It was so emotional! I almost forgot to take pics at one point because I was so captivated by her words.
Melissa looked beautiful in her Rebecca Schoneveld dress from Everthine Bridal and I loved her flower bouquet designs from Petals and Scents! Ian was so happy turning around to see her during their first look! It was just too cute for words. After the ceremony we walked down to the end of the vineyard to capture some newlywed formals in the tall flowers and the crazy skies in the backdrop. We had such a blast at this wedding. The company was great, food by Coastal Gourmet was SO delicious and I must say they have a very tasty Chardonnay. We can’t wait to photograph here again! Congrats Melissa & Ian, thank you for choosing us on your special day and enjoy some of our favorites!
